Why? This is the only way to “see” what is really there, or what is missing. As that knowledgeable outsider, I focus on a list of critical online elements. Each one plays a vital role in how effective your website is, not only in gathering leads, but generating sales.

Website Optimization is both an art and a science. Experience has shown me that there are clear best practices, but no cookie cutter formulas. My website evaluation is based on knowledge and firsthand experience gained over the past 7 years through training and experience in internet marketing, and e-commerce sales. I also continually study new trends and information from other reputable marketers. My evaluation -website critique- is never meant as a blanket criticism for what you have already done (and paid for) or a criticism of your web designer. I start by looking at the three main areas that impact a website’s success:

Traffic – How you get people to your site
Conversion – What they do when they get there
Friction – Elements that stop movement or sales

You may notice an area you haven’t even considered before, that’s OK. You don’t have to implement all the strategies I suggest, but naturally the more you use the better the results you will achieve. Remember that you can create a plan to implement these changes over time, so you can test the changes and budget for it.

We'll examine your site's design, language, conversion paths, target customer appeal, level of value to your website visitors, interaction and engagement, it's ability to be found by your target group, navigation, link structure, usability and points of friction.

We deliver to you a detailed report in non tech language with clear examples taken directly from your website. In a recorded audio (that you can listen to while you review the site) we explain the strengths and weaknesses of your site and deliver clear and specific recommendations you can implement for right away to improve your site.

Please plan to set aside about 20-25 minutes of your time and sit down with this report, pull up your website and turn on the speakers. I assure you - it will be worth it!

You will receive a written description of the evaluation and an audio file detailing my suggestions. The check list reviews over 120 elements on your website and the audio portion gives more detailed suggestions of changes you can make to improve sales and conversion. You will also be able to download and keep the audio file for future reference.

Getting Started:
The cost of the Website critique is $300. Credit Card Payments are accepted. Evaluations are normally completed within 48 hours of payment. I will send you the written report as a WORD Document and a link to the audio suggestions portion.

Follow Up:
I also offer a 15 minute follow up to your evaluation if you would like to speak after you have read the report and listened to the audio. Please make a list of questions while you listen and read the report to better use this time.
